PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Hey Friend! Below you'll find all the pressing instructions for our transfers, patches, sublimation, and UV DTF.  Have A Question? Feel free to contact us! 

ONE COLOR SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.
Temp: 325-350°F
Pressure: Heavy
Time: 7 Seconds
Peel: Hot


DTF TRANSFERS

Transfer Color: Full Color
Temperature: 290-305 Degrees Fahrenheit Depending On Fabric Type
Time: 10-15 Seconds Depending On Fabric Type
Pressure: High Pressure (8-9 Manual, 60PSI Automatic) 
Peel: Cold Peel
Fabric Type: 
100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, or a Cotton/Poly Blend
Dimensions: 10.3" Wide x 4.1" Tall

Pre-Press: garment for 5 seconds (prior to applying image), to remove wrinkles and any potential moisture trapped in the fabric.

1st Press:

- Cotton: 300-305 degrees for about 15 seconds, high pressure.
- Polyester/Blends: 300 degrees for about 10 seconds, high pressure.
- Polyester: 290 degrees for about 10 seconds, high pressure.

Cold Peel: Remove the garment from the press and set aside to cool. Peel backing once transfer is completely cool.

2nd Press: Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper, 300-305 degrees for 5-10 seconds, high pressure.

You can press the images multiple times if the transfer is not adhering to the fabric, just allow the fabric time to cool in between each press.

THIN MATTE CLEAR FILM SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.
Temp: 325°F
Pressure: Heavy  (if print doesn't stick, this is likely the biggest reason why.  Make sure your press is on heavy pressure!)
Time: 15-20 Seconds
Peel: Hot
Do not cover with any Teflon etc.  If print needs an additional press, please use parchment paper over it. 

*Please note the time and temp are suggested and you may have to adjust based on your own presses best settings.  

ONE COLOR SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.
Temp: 325-350°F
Pressure: Heavy
Time: 7 Seconds
Peel: Hot

PUFF PRINT ONE COLOR

Pre-Press Garment for 5 seconds to get out any moisture.
Temp: 310 - 325°F
Pressure: Heavy 
Time: 7-10 Seconds
Peel: Hot
Do not cover with any Teflon etc.  If print needs an additional press, please use parchment paper over it. 


GLITTER ONE COLOR TRANSFER

Temp: 300-325°F

Pressure: Heavy

Time: 12-15 Seconds

Peel: WARM

 

UV DTF WRAPS & DECALS

Application Instructions

1. Peel design transfer off of backing.

2. Place the transfer on the cup ensuring design is straight and positioned correctly.

(The adhesive is very strong. Once the transfer touches the glass its impossible to take off)

3. Press the transfer down, working from the center outwards, pushing out any bubbles.

4. Rub all over the design with your fingers.  The more rubbing the better.

5. Peel clear film off and you're done!

Hand wash only.  We do not advise to put in dishwasher or microwave.

We are not responsible for application mishaps.

*Please note:  Not all brands of 16 oz. glass cups have the exact same measurements. They can differ by a couple of millimetres. Our wraps have been measured to fit Libbey glass cans. Adjustments may be necessary* 

SPANGLE RHINESTONE TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS

Temp: 350°F

Pressure: Heavy

Time: 15-20 Seconds

Rub with a cloth to help adhesion and cooling

Peel: Warm

CHENILLE PATCH HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS 

Temp: 325°F

Pressure: Heavy

Time: 15-20 Seconds

1. Pre press for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles from the garment.
2. Cover with teflon or press cover.
3. Press for 15-20 seconds with heavy pressure.
4. Turn garment inside out and press underneath the patch for another 20 seconds to ensure adhesion.
5.  Pro-tip: Add liquid stitch if you'd like to provide extra adhesion.

Sublimation Prints

Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds

Cover with butcher paper

Press at 400 degrees F

Medium Pressure

Press for 60 seconds

PLEASE NOTE: Sublimation works best on 65% of higher polyester garments & lighter colored garments.
