FAQs

When do you restock?

I restock as often as I possibly can, but a lot of restock depends on preorders and new design releases! Since this business is still new, we are working out of a limited space, so please be patient! I understand the frustration with quick sell-outs but I am doing my best during such quick growth (which I am extremely thankful for)!

Help! What size mailer should I get?

Check out this estimate guide for reference. However, you know your products best and should always measure before purchasing.

  • 6 x 9 inches: Great for scrunchies, socks and tiny jewelry boxes. 
  • 7.5 x 10.5 inches: Can fit a tea towel, socks, and slightly larger jewelry boxes, and small electronics. 
  • 9 x 12 inches: Can accommodate fabric patterns or one to two t-shirts. 
  • 10 x 13 inches: Fits four to five large t-shirts, a set of napkins, a dress shirt, or one yard of fabric. 
  • 12 x 15.5 inches: Can fit one sweater, dress, pair of jeans, two yards of fabric, yarn, or four to five large t-shirts. 
  • 14.5 x 19 inches: Can fit 12 to 14 medium t-shirts, 10 to 12 large t-shirts, two to three sweaters or dresses, two pairs of jeans, a set of sheets, or three yards of fabric. 
  • 19 x 24 inches: Can fit a set of sheets, 12 to 14 large t-shirts, two to three sweaters or dresses, or two pairs of jeans. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not quite yet! We are shipping in the United States, Canada, Australia, and The UK, but that's as international as we've gotten so far. We will be adding other shipping availability soon, but please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

When will my order ship?

If you order a pre-order item (the poly mailer bags) then the estimated ship date will be on the website and we will email you with any updates. If you order from in-stock items, then your order will ship within 3-7 business days (but most of the time will be sooner!). But, if you place an order during a major launch, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from.

Can I change something about my order?

Once an order is made, we will do our best to work with you to add or remove items. However, once we have packaged your order to ship, you may have to pay an additional fee for any add-ons.

If I order more than once, can you combine my orders?

Unfortunately we are no longer able to combine orders. Our order volume has increased and it is delaying turnaround time on order processing when we need to combine orders.
