Order Processing & Shipping

Pre-Orders:
If you are purchasing a pre-order item the lead time will be prominently displayed on the product listing. We will notify you of any changes in delivery and you will receive a notice when your item has shipped.

Processing:
Processing of all orders can take up to 5 business days (M-F, not including weekends). Pre-orders are treated differently and the estimated ship date will be updated as often as possible to provide accurate information.

Shipping:
Orders placed for shipping within the US are eligible for Free Economy Shipping if the order total is more than $20. We ship via USPS. Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered in 3-7 business days.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate prior to checkout. Small Biz Shipping Co. is not responsible for entry errors during checkout.
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more for Canada. (You may have to pay customs fees, so please be prepared for that!)
Route Shipping Insurance is available and highly recommended. If you opt out (or do not file a claim with Route in their 30 day window), Small Biz Shipping Co. is not responsible to refund your order if it gets lost or damaged.

It is the customers responsibility to file an insurance claim with Route (or directly with the carrier if Route was not added) for lost or damaged mail.

International shipping is available for an additional shipping fee.
